  • Tricias - yes it does, but I attribute some of it to some who view this as entertainment and miss the point of the discussion. Maybe age is catching up with me ;) I see a lot of comments better served in a sports game thread - but at least they are engaged at some level.

  • True. But I think the theory is the start. The proof will be in execution and effectiviness of it. What I liked about Obama is that he seems to be able to engage in a reasonable way. McCain seems to raise walls.

  • Depends on where you hit in the tax tables on net income and at where the credit is applied. I am no tax expert, but I think you can figure the "best case" scenario buy look at last years tables for your old net - then subtract the 5k from the net and check the table again.

  • Agreed. We know about factcheck.org Senator McCain (and if not that The Daily Show). I don’t mind poetic license, but his stump speech rehash instead of answers is insulting.
